Our Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give students confidence in our learning programme, provided they fully commit to completing the Academy in its entirety.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be satisfied:

100% Course Completion: Students must complete the entire Mathology Academy programme, including every topic, section and learning activity within the structured curriculum. Partial completion, regardless of the percentage achieved, will not qualify.

Completion of All Learning Stages: Every stage of the T.E.A.M. learning method must be completed, including Theory, Examples, Apply and Memory Recall. This includes all practice questions, assessments and scheduled review activities.

Verified Platform Engagement: Mathology Academy maintains digital records of student activity, including login history, learning progress, section completion and review participation. These records are accessible to authorised administrators and will be used to verify eligibility for a refund.

Evidence of Examination Results: Students must provide valid evidence of their official GCSE Mathematics examination result demonstrating that they did not achieve a passing grade (Grade 4 or above).

Refund Verification: All refund requests are subject to an administrative review of the student's recorded learning activity and course completion. Failure to satisfy any of the eligibility requirements will result in the refund request being declined.

Refund Claim Deadline: Students or their parent/guardian must submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of receiving their official GCSE Mathematics results, accompanied by a copy of their official results statement or examination certificate. This establishes a clear timeframe for processing claims.

Individual Account Usage: Each Mathology Academy account is strictly for the use of the registered student. Account sharing or allowing another individual to complete learning activities on the student's behalf is prohibited and may invalidate eligibility for the Money-Back Guarantee.
